1. Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
2. After Shipment: Subject to approval for cancellation.

Refund Policy

2. Refund Timing: Refunds will be processed within 1-9 working days of receiving the order cancel request.
3. Refund Amount: Refunds will be for the full amount of the item, minus any shipping and extra costs.

Exchange Policy

1. We take great care in packaging and handling our products to ensure they arrive safely. However, in the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipping, please do not accept order and contact us within time of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue then accept your order.

Sale/ Discounted items (if applicable):

1. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale/ discount cannot be refunded or exchanged.
